Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. Our refund policy is handled on a case by case basis (in the form of Pete's Points store credit only) but packages which are delivered late or lost by FedEx will not be refunded, we can only offer store credit in the form of Pete's Points (unless otherwise noted in correspondence from us regarding major weather issues impacting FedEx's ability to deliver on time, refunds/store credit will not be possible, however we will always give the option to reschedule your order if desired).
